Open position.

Associate, Trust and Estate Planning.

MDSU’s trust and estate practice is concentrated by design: two attorneys handle the planning work for every client the firm takes on, rather than routing matters through a large team. This associate role sits inside that structure from day one. You will draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, and you will see each matter through funding and administration rather than handing it off once the documents are signed.

Client contact starts early here. You will be on calls with clients and their other advisors within your first few months, not your first few years. The partners are looking for someone who wants that responsibility, not someone who wants to be shielded from it.
